Meine Freunde und Ich - Play and Grow Together is a small, home-based licensed child care in the Castro, San Francisco. It is a bilingual program (German/English) that nurtures the intellectual, social and physical development of each child. The play-based curriculum is for 1-year-olds and older who play and grow together in a loving, creative, and sustainable environment.

Meine Freunde und Ich means 'My Friends and I' in German. It is intended as an intentional space where each child feels celebrated for who they are, and where they can take those big developmental steps confidently and at their own pace, while learning and growing together as a community.
We are committed to a relationship-based and play-based curriculum. We engage with each child with respect, and practice sensitive observation to honor each child's individual needs.
The program offers creative dance to encourage each child to find comfort in their own body by exploring voice, rhythm, and movement.
